I've really enjoyed the show so far. They've chosen more light approach without digging into all hidden subtexts and philosophical stuff. It feels rather as just bunch of fans came together to talk about the movies they love without necessarily bashing or overpraising any of them

Idk, I enjoy such approach. For deep digging I have this site's podcast show. And being a bit too "serious" about material is partially what I think turned Perfect Organism show from pretty enjoyable into annoying, frustrating and repetetive
