Giger’s Alien at Art Basel Miami

While in Miami I had the privilege to see HR Giger's Necronom / Alien III on display at Art Basel Miami 2024.

It was awesome (the thing is massive) and amazing to see in person.
I've attached a couple photos from my visit.

One of the best, if not the best, Alien designs ever. I keep praying that we see it on screen one of these days.

Let me tell you, the thing that took me by surprise honestly was the shear size of it. Imagining it alive and real, I can see how dangerous it would be.

Very cool! Always wanted to visit Miami during Art Basel but what an extra bonus to see an actual Giger piece in person while you're there!

It was awesome, this actually was for the 2024  Art Basel Miami exhibit so unfortunately not.

Though I heard that Art Basel will be back in Miami in December 2025. Not sure if they will have HR Giger's Necronom / Alien III on display again as its normally displayed in Zurich but you could keep an eye out.
