Beautiful. Gave me some Team Ico vibes, too.

The Wild Robot ... must've been dust in the room as my eyes kept watering near the end.

Memoir of a Snail

Pretty good, but not one of my favorites.

Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl

A lot of fun.

Licence to Kill

Soundtrack arrived last week, put me in the mood for a rewatch.

I will never forgive the universe for conspiring to only give us two James Bond movies starring Timothy Dalton.

Also Sanchez is the performance of Robert Davi's career.

A Different Man

This started out strong, but fizzled out well before the end.

Cop

"You're a cop! You gotta take me in."

"Well, there's some good news and there's some bad news. The good news is you're right - I'm a cop and I gotta take you in. The bad news is I've been suspended and I don't give a f**k."

Better Man

A much stronger film than I was expecting.

Maria

I'm usually dubious about films that only get a nomination for cinematography, but this one was pretty good.

Hard Boiled

Well that hospital is going to need some serious remodeling.

That film is John Woo's "Bohemian Rhapsody".

Paddington in Peru

All of my fears regarding the loss of Paul King and Sally Hawkins on this one have been alleviated; this was delightful. Paddington 2 is still the best one, yeah, but Peru is a real honest to God adventure movie, and brimming with all of the heart and earnest sentimentality one should expect from Paddington. I had a blast.

Beavis and Butthead do the Universe

It's dumb but entertaining and that's exactly what I need when I've had to go home from work with a sick bug.
