If you have played the game for many years, the tension is of course no longer as strong as it was at the beginning.
Some of the creature's behavior is now on your screen and you can act on it.
However, this game is still exciting.
What I admire most is that the game still manages to scare me after all these years.

I know that there were differences of opinion in another discussion, but I personally wish for Isolation 2 that you have the option to regulate the noises that the alien makes in a menu.

It certainly wouldn't be bearable in the long run, but for a few moments it would certainly be the ultimate shock if you didn't hear anything from the alien until it caught you.

So the alien in stasis or the beginnings of hibernation at the end of the game was done in alien romulus. I had forgotten that. So as Amanda floats by him and remarks that he is in stasis I literally shouted at the screen alien romulus did that with big chap...

Anyway regarding the sound I'm glad you can hear the alien moving especially in the vents. I'd imagine it's exactly what it would be like if I or anyone else was in Amanda's place.

For those who would rather no sound from the alien play it on mute. I did for a short while. It's a very different experience.
