Hardest Difficulty

Has anyone been able to beat this game on the hardest difficulty level?  I can do it with the aliens but have found some of the marine and predator stages to be impossible.

I managed to beat both the alien and predator campaigns without cheating, but the last marine mission is insanity incarnate.

As it stands, barely any. But luckily enough, I've got everything else I need so I'll have to wait until summer or even later to take a crack at it.
