I quite liked Luceno's work with Brian Daley on the Robotech novels.

Brian Daley

"Now that's a name I've not heard in a long time... a long time."  :P

I'm completely Robotech-illiterate, but seriously, I do like Luceno's writing, and I'm curious about 'Plagueis' (with one minor quibble: in 'Tarkin', he has Vader, Tarkin, and co. 'scampering' onto a shuttle's landing ramp - and I have trouble imagining Vader 'scampering'...  :D)

"Hurry up, Vader!"
"A Sith Lord does not scamper, Govenor!"

That's all?

I haven't read them all, I haven't read anything beyond ROTJ at all,
despite rave reviews regarding the Legends Thrawn Trilogy and other entries.

I bet you'd adore the Republic Commando novels.  Just a hunch.

That guy raises some damn good points. I've seen his other videos. But I swear, ever since TLJ you have to turn your brain off and ignore anything that came before with all these soulless movie franchise rehashes.

Thinking is offensive...

You can't get better than Mauler's analysis true, but it's very lengthy.

I really appreciated the montage of previous believable Female heroes in the first video Robothead created, and never even thought about what a massive plot hole the entire chase is when they have thousands, if not more of Tie-Fighters aboard The Supremacy.

Or the fact they could jump ahead and block off escape. Microjumps in lightspeed can happen. Why did the dreadnought destroy the base on the planet and not the Raddus? Base isn't going anywhere.

It's sad that the only remotely likable parts of TLJ were the ones featuring Luke and even those sucked.

I must agree.
