the puppets had them and the suits didn't if i recall correctly. same with the blades and other details. they were only noticeable on the scenes with lots of action and movement.

but for all intents and purposes, there's no alien without lips.

It's a full 1:1 scale fiberglass dog alien display originally made for a Planet Hollywood Restaurant.  When that particular restaurant closed down the display alien ended up back on the wall over at ADI where i believe those pictures are taken.
