I assume that is about the potential that Earth at one point in time will become uninhabitable so they'll make sure humanity as a species survives by sending them to several other planets that can host and support life.
if i had to take the lines in the trailer literal, then there's another little point there called 'only in theaters' which would imply it never gets on DVD. but we all know it will, so......
