The company making them is called Rebooter Toys and they do not have any type of online website or social media presence at the moment. They are literally a brand new company trying to break out.The text says "pending licensor approval" in Chinese too. But that could also mean they may be exclusive to China due to licensing, and may not come to other countries like the US. But we need to wait for more information before we know for sure. Some companies are not allowed to sell outside of their own countries depending on licensing deals. Example being Hiya Toys not being able to sell Godzilla related figures to Japanese customers or to any shops in Japan due to the license deal Toho & BANDAI have. There's a lot of tricky rules when it comes to this stuff. I'm holding any excitement down until we have more information.https://www.threads.net/@mezcohk/post/DAsxdcxzSwD/?xmt=AQGztUB-L5unjUtcsd0rmb9G0iP8eBmeIKg9qqS-TtEXjw

Even if there only able to be sold in China, I'm sure numerous online stores here will import them. Like bigbadtoystore. They sell a lot of 3rd party Transformers.
