Could someone tell me whether or not the A:CM Dark Horse comic book that was released at conventions last year is included with the US copy of the game? I was told by someone from Dark Horse that it would and that is the reason why I haven't purchased it off ebay yet, I need to know whether or not the game comes with it or not; if not, then I have to go back on ebay. I ordered the Collector's Edition btw, but I think that shouldn't make much difference.
Also, I know that those who pick up the game in GameStop stores before 2/13/13 will get an Upgrade Boost (see link below). I wasn't able to pre-order my copy in-store so I had to go online instead, has anyone else who ordered online gotten their code yet?
