What are your favourite soundtracks?

Also throw in just about anything by John Williams. I singled out Jaws because the Jaws theme should be on everybody's list ever.

Most of my favorite soundtracks are from 1970s films; mostly European porn (as I had listed earlier) and European horror flicks. I also enjoy music from 70s sci-fi films and from grindhouse films.
