So far there has been very little this year that has blown me away. At least when it comes to film. The Legend of Korra have had some really solid music though.

Where is Gone Girl. 

Loved the movie, but I didn't find Trent's score memorable this time around.

In retrospect it wasn't that spectacular in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo either. I mean, it fit the movie, but it's nothing that you can really sit down and listen to on its own.
