Apparently their access has been partially restored but it is now routed through Russia. That means the FSB will be monitoring all comms. Makes it a bit risky for Kradan to post here unless he makes use of VPN or pretends to be a rabid neo-USSR commie decrying all things Western.

A lot of major sites like facebook, Twitter, Instagram and western news sites are also blocked there but that can be circumvented with VPN.
