I'm a vegetarian, going on a year now. I have been hearing about it from various sources, however after watching Game Changer by Jackie Chan and Arnold Schwarzenegger I decided to try it for a month.
I was skeptical at first, but what a difference! Using running as a performance base, I documented distance and MPH and it really did make a difference. I constantly crave potatoes though, so any kind of Keto diet is off the table lol.
