I really enjoyed the Escapist review. It really said what I feel about the game. If you break the game down by it's parts and rate each part on how it stacks up to other titles, then it will be a low score. Yet, despite all that, the game is amazingly fun and is alot more than the sum of it's parts.

Yeah, I just looked at that Escapist review, and apart from saying the graphics are shitty (though I believe the x-box version runs on the PC equivalent of "Normal" Graphics settings so running in "very high" is bound to be better) I agree with pretty much everything that was said. The comments on the review from general gamers are actually quite encouraging as well. Makes some nice reading when your used to coming here and seeing the game get ripped a new one.
