How Do You Get This Last Costume!?

Only one I'm missing is one the walkthrough tells me can be obtained by destroying all monitors during your first encounter with Hunter. Seems to me the monitors are immune to all attacks, from all weapons, though? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks, I solved it --- though I wished I hadn't. That is one ugly costume! LOL.
