Thousands of years from now, scholars on ancient internet history will be having endless debates over interpretations of SM's enigmatic posts.

And now a reading from the Gospel according to St Just.

At the risk of necroposting, I wanted to bring this topic up again.  I almost gave up on this idea, but now we're getting a book about an Alien video game; Alien: Isolation.  It has been years since that game came out.  Mayhaps there is hope Titan will give us an expanded adaptation of Prometheus, featuring the last moments of Shaw's, ehem, journey.

Anyone in touch with Titan want to pitch this?  It's the only Alien film (not counting AVP) that hasn't been adapted and my bookshelf is so confused!

"AvP" had a novelisation.  I don't think "AvP-R" had one.  That's probably what you're thinking of.

There was a crowd funded translation project doing the rounds a little while back.  Not sure what became of it.

You're right.  I literally couldn't get through reading it.

That's curious.  But I am definitely hoping for something official, Titan-Style.

I wouldn't mind even an AVPR novelization if it was possible. Because f**k it.

As far as an "AvP-R" novelisation goes, you already know the picture quality will be an improvement.

They could make the writing hard to read as a homage to the movie.

Maybe it'll improve upon the film.
