Did they remove the helmet horns on stalker?

Nope. They are made from glow-in-the-dark material.

Yeah they're hard to see there because of how bright those glow-on-the-dark parts look in these pics, but if you look closely at the second and third pics from the bottom you can just about see them amongst the dreadlocks.
