- Sep 04, 2022, 07:04:48 AMHmmm. That was a bit of a disappointment. There are some wonderful scenes in it, but it just didn't really grip me. Peele set the bar high with Get Out and this doesn't hold together as well. I hope he keeps going though, as one day he's going to make something truly brilliant.

It had a tone-setting moment that was far more horrific than I ever expected the film to get (in a somewhat similar way to Jaws and the Kitner boy). It really does feel like a classic cinema blockbuster. I loved it.
