Bevause it's going to have CGI. Every blockbuster is going to use CGI. Deal with it. You don't notice most of the CGI you see anyway.

I know that but he's specifically referring to the predator itself in this instance... I'm probably just reading too much into the wording of it anyway

Oh yeah obviously, in terms of a predator, I dont think cgi would ever be more convincing then a guy in a suit


But theres a guy in a suit so it not all bad...

I think even the camouflage stuff was a dude in a green/blue screen suit... I think the biggest weakness with cgi is human/bipedal movement. But thats a much bigger debate haha... One the predators in this movie are as much guy in a suit as is practically possible then i'll be happy

In original it was red suit actually  CGI is good in heavy action scenes, where suit becomes to cumbersome. Combination of both practical and cgi fx is the best. If don't right that is.
