Not promising. Always loved Carnage, so hopefully he can save this from being as mediocre as the first Venom, but my hopes aren't high.

I still haven't seen the first one. Not sure how I feel about the actual plot stuff in this trailer... but I could probably watch two hours of Eddie and Venom in the kitchen making breakfast and be perfectly entertained.

I think like most people I gave the first one more leeway than it honestly deserved because of Venom and Tom Hardy, I'm hoping for an actual good film this time though, but I'm not impressed with either the title or the visuals especially of it so far.

Hardy/Venom and Riz/Riot are the reasons I liked the first one.  I see "Venom con Carnage" to be no different.  They're popcorn flicks, really.
