Favourite Predator Movie?

Your lack of creativity in applying my exact same phrase against me is appalling. So, too, is your inability to give any credible reason for your choice of liking Predator 2 over Predators. If you provided a solid reason for your choice, Lt. Ellen Ripley, then I would not be so confrontational with you. However, you blaze forward with your choice, disregarding any evidence against your favoured movie as if you were completely and utterly blind.

I already stated my reasons of why Predator 2 is better than Predators in the "How in God´s name is P2 better than Predators?" thread:

Predator 2 is way superior to Predators by far!!No doubt about it.
Lets just look at some of the facts of the production:
Jim and John Thomas (who wrote Predator) wrote the script for Predator 2.
Alan Silvestri (who composed the soundtrack for Predator)wrote the soundtrack for P2.
Kevin Peter Hall (original Predator performer)played the lead Pred in P2 as well.
Stan Winston Studios (makers of the original Predator design)made all the new designs in P2 as well.
Joel Silver (producer of Predator)produced P2 as well.
Great acting performances by Danny Glover,Gary Busey,Bill Paxton,Calvin Lockhart..........
The list goes on and on and on........
Predator 2 with those facts alone will always be infinitely better than Predators.

Those are just some facts not all,there are many more,like better Fx,Memorable lines,Action scenes,suit work,soundtrack......
Predators,on the other side,fails on so many levels it´s unbelieveable!!They are so many I don´t even know where to start!

The Predators soundtrack did the exact same thing as P2's did: took what the original did, and slightly modified it.

Stan Winston does not an amazing movie make. The creatures in Predators were fine.
How does Joel Silver make P2 better than Predators, again?

Neither film had terrific acting. Glover and Fishburne were good, but the rest were just bleh. In Predators especially. It would have been a miracle if anyone could have done something besides scowl for 1.5 hrs.

Predators is better than Predator 2 in every fathomable way.

Except in the ways it isn't. I very much enjoy P2; it's a fun movie, and it had in the main lead an actor who fit the role, which was a huge help.

In Predators, I didn't really enjoy myself while watching it. RR's influence was quite evident to me, and I do not like him much as a filmmaker. The fact that Brody didn't fit the role well, and that he didn't give a very good performance, did not help.

Predator 2 had zero suspense. Thats its major flaw. My main gripe with Predators is that it had no good character arcs. They were just " jobs" who died.

Those flaws were not in Predator , the best film by far , in the franchise.
