Option 1: Deacon
Option 2: Xenomorph
Option 3: Neomorph
I'm gonna go with the Neomorph due to the way it's impregnated into the victim, grows and bursts through the spinal column. Also, I think the strength of a Neomorph could over power a Xenomorph. The Deacon is pretty neat. Wonder what it would look like full grown?
What do you guys think? Who would win in a fight if all 3 battled it out?
Xenomorph.
Xenomorph no doubt, neomorph isnt pack animals nor as intelligent nor has armour and dont seem to build hives or converte things nor seem to be able to reproduce besides those spores.
Deacon was just a one off and its design seemed worse and doubting it could hunt effectively and based on the comic it became a mountain after eating more black goo material.
Possibly the deacon, given its size at birth and what one apparently did to the installation full of ancient engineers.
But a xenomorph would destroy a neomorph.
Tough. Liked that Deacon. Is the neomorph the same as that nice big white Beluga Alien that was floating around before Covenant?
Anyhow nothing tops the original Big Chap! Wish Fox would get that.

Problem with it is: the deacon we saw was created after a mix of random situations requiring human get infected, and then have sex and then the offspring needs to find a engineer and the female must be sterile too or else it might become something different. I doubt the infestation on the base back then with the engineers was of the same type, most likely something different spawned directly from an engineer, and we dont exactly know if that one creature killed them all, could been safety system, could been other engineers deciding to kill all life down there and abandon it etc.

It isn't random. Humans and Engineers are genetically the same. A male and female Engineer having intercourse could easily produce the same result.
Xeno. The original and still the best.
Xenomorph will definetly beat all the shit out from both. But i wonder who's gonna win in fight between Neo and Deacon?

If a deacon grows anywhere from 2-3 times it's birth size at minimum, it could probably rip a neomorph in half.
Huh, considering the deacon was born from an Engineer it might get to a size and strength that will offer an advantage over the neos and xenos we saw. If they are all from the same type of host, then probably the xenomorph would win in a fight.

That scene is present on the Covenant's novelization. That's m'boy ADF. The Neo doesn't last long.

You guys have a good point. Depending on the size of the Deacon when it fully matures it could tear apart a Xenomorph or Neomorph.

Look how tiny the oram burster was. It grew how many times it's birth size?
The deacon was born huge, and one of them apparently was scary enough to have several engineers running for their lives. And I wager a military-type engineer could possibly fight a regulation xenomorph due to their own height, strength and biomechanical armor. Comics aside, a fully grown deacon could be like the rogue in size. It might just rip the others in half.
Even if it only grew 2-3 feet taller than its host (like a xeno) that's still a massive alien.

Instead of a completely CGI creation the viewer witnesses grow, as with the Neomorph.
So the final visual we see of the Deacon as it roars.

I didn't notice any growth. I figure it's just a newborn analyzing its environment and trying to roar for the first time. It took two tries as I recall. The roar could've been a deacon just being born from one of their buddies and they all just ran like hell when they saw it.
In the Alien franchise, things have historically grown considerably bigger after their birth.

I believe the Deacon already has, compare the birthed Deacon laying near the Engineer carcass as it's first born.
Then when it's looking around, it's grown considerably.
But it's just all it is.
It's no monster, just an unloved child lol.
But seriously, the fantasy it turns into a great humongous beast, I don't believe so.
I don't buy that's Ridley Scott or anyone else's intent,
going by the concept art and everything discussed concerning it.

The unusual thing is that the engineer seemed dead when the deacon was born.
Although the runner is born from a dead cow in the assembly cut, it's born at significant size from a dog in the theatrical. So does host death effect size?

The August 19th draft had a prolonged fight between 2 Neomorphs and a 121. The Alien eventually wins. The novelization has a quick battle in which the Alien just tears the Neomorph apart, much like when the Hybrid/New Beast meets the Alien in Gibson's draft.
Always put your money on the traditional Alien.

I'm confused. I thought the Alien that David created that escaped was called a 'Protomorph'? When it was head butting the window on the lander, it looked different to a Xenomorph.

The term "Protomorph" is a fan created term. It's really just a type of the titular Alien, referred to in the RPG as a Praetomorph.
