Yup, my opinion is still that he's a total dickhead!
As if a synth is the same thing as a f**king predator appearing in an Alien movie!

Also, that just makes me believe that he's pulling it out of his ass because of the connections in the Badlands trailer to the Alien universe!

Even if it's in the movie it doesn't mean that it will be in the teaser or the trailers, look at Romulus and how they hid the offspring from the marketing, if it wasn't for the leaks we probably wouldn't even have known anything about it before the release!

Even Dan said that the teaser for Badlands was only scratching the surface of the movie, so that means that the android and Weyland-Yutani aren't the biggest surprise of the movie, so he can shove his snarky comments up where is "scoops" come from!

One guy from Ridleys team said early this year they were talking with Fede about the plot ect...so i asume Ridley still on the production side. With him onboard it seems nealy impossible to have a predator on the film.

Far as I'm concerned, every Predator movie is an AvP movie.  Some just don't have have any Aliens in them.

Except for the fact that the main trailers and posters for Romulus didn't reveal Rook and The Offspring and Dan said that the teaser for Badlands didn't show the biggest surprises of the movie, so no he isn't right he's just being disingenuous to cover his ass.
