The more time goes by without an official word of a blu-ray/4K release, the less likely it is to happen. At least not in the near future. I don't know what sort of deal was struck with Hulu, or what details of the legal settlements were, but I'm sure that has some partial effect on the decisions not to put one out. It's rare for Hulu to release their originals on physical media, but they have done SOME. You'd think this franchise would warrant a blu-ray at minimum. Just doesn't feel right potentially having The Predator be the last entry on physical media. Sad face.
