No changes to the cut of the film, just never-before-seen deleted scenes on the archive disk. Most notably they have the part where Burke is cocooned and Ripley puts him out of his misery, and a few others. They add a little extra depth, but they're very short and not really anything mindblowing.
That said, there's so much great content on those Blu-Rays you'd be crazy to be disappointed.
