Alien drawing

Did this last year just to see if I could still do it. I haven't drawn alien in a while but I used to do it all the time. Drawing was never able to scratch the itch, that is why I tried building instead. More fun to be able to walk around it in 3d.

This looks amazing! This is also why I'm torn between the domed and ridged head looks. It looks like you captured the best of both worlds with the transparent look you gave the dome. Also, that must have taken a long time to carefully place all the bands on the background and biomechanical parts of the alien. My own art looks extremely sloppy because I get bored doing those parts and rush them.

Thanks! Yes that is always the worst part of drawing anything Alien, the ribbed tubes that are everywhere. No matter how slow I go it still feels rushed to me.

that's the one that got me. You go into the claw room you climb the ladder and when you come back down you get killed by that alien and the picture I used is me as the victim. If I'm remembering right.
