What Predator/AvP game that have been rumor/announce?

I was just wonder on if there the any new Predator or AvP game that have been announced. The alien franchise, which has been getting multiple games (three game at most) soon or later but the Predator and the AvP franchise have been collecting dust. Predator Haven't had a game ever since Predator hunting grounds released, and it been 14 years after the last AvP game. So have you heard any rumors or news outlets that are credible about a new Predator or AvP game?

The pattern in the 2020s seems to be smaller studios doing lower budget games. I guess the powers that be don't see as much money in the franchise anymore. Fireteam Elite and Dark Descent were both released with relatively little fanfare and I think the Dark Descent devs confirmed the licence has expired already so no new content is coming for that one.

Although saying that, they recently announced Hunting Grounds is being brought to the newer gen consoles and is continuing to be supported which surprised me.

I Think they do see the potential in this money if they didn't they wouldn't release two movies of the 2 Species And Dark Decent actually was receives very well within the community. Ask for smaller companies doing smaller games I think that's just a business decision. They're playing it safe with these franchises unlike Star Wars

I'd love to see a new version of a game like AVP Extinction with the inclusion of random map generation. That was the one major thing that the game needed, as well as a player vs player mode. But even single-player mode would have lived on much longer in playability with random map generation.
