Im working on a big update as we speak. I am adding tons of ACM models. It will take some time but I already have the Queen and the Raven up and running. (from ACM)

I thought I'd done it ages ago but I hadn't. xD

I've been trying to download it all day but it just keeps hanging. Is there a better link than the one off the front page?

Sub to the files and it should auto download all the stuff. (after subscribing to the files, boot up KF and wait in the main menu...left upper corner should show what is downloading, when its done reboot KF and you should be able to select the aliens gametype. Activate all the mutators and you'll be good to go)

Mind you, it's buggy atm. And I'm sorting out all the errors. Motiontracker doesn't seem to work etc etc. I should have a superior version ready by summer. (yes that long, since im adding all the ACM stuff)

by models you mean xenos, marines, weapon, turrets? maybe interiors, its textures and other stuffs?

Replaced the mod's spitter with ACM's one...since that one was the better choice in the end.

All the gameplay will be Aliens yes. Customised menu's, playerskins, Aliens, music from the movie etc etc. Maps is a different story, but we have a few KF maps that fit the part. Killing Floor has custom map builder tools for folk to fool around with.

no i mean will you plan to add more from ACM beside the xenos? like marine, weapon, turret models, anything:)
and would it possible to make the maps like in bug hunt? you know so you got to go somewhere, open doors, explore new areas wave after wave etc etc

That mechanic is already in Killing Floor. They are called mission maps, so yes that is possible.

As you can see, we already made a start with adding content.

I'm planning to create all the characters from the movie for the mod with the assets from ACM. We currently already have all the soundbanks ready for custom taunts (quotes from the movie), and some playermodels we created. So it will simply require me to only replace the mesh of the modelwith one from ACM. Weaponwise we will use the ones we have now in the current version of the mod :

We have a Pulse Rifle from the ACM game ready to replace ours, but we could also just add it. Same goes for the AVP2010 model. We also have the sniper rifle from AVP2010 ready to go in the game.

Not all the aliens will be replaced with ACM models as we also use our own :

Queen / Facehugger / Spitter will be replaced with ACM models and Crusher / Raven will be added to the mix.

Aren't you afraid that Gearbox might get upset over the use of their assets Hemi? I've recently decided not to use copyrighted music in my game just to minimize the risk of C&D, but it might just be me getting paranoid :D . Wish you all the best though. The fact that Fox didn't make you stop working on this mod makes me cautiously optimistic - maybe they've stopped being so overprotective about their IP's?

I could give a rats ass about Fox or Gearbox. They had their chance. I'm tired of them fcking things up.

I want a propper Aliens game, thus I will mod it. Little they can do about it since everything UT2004 spreads like a virus once it's on a public server. If I get a C&D, someone else will pick it up no doubt.

First char is in the game, didn't take as much time as I thought so maybe the mod update will be ready to go a little sooner. We will see.

This is very impressive. I look forward to seeing more progress. Do you guys plan on adding any A:CM weapons/upgrades into the mix just for variation?

I'll probably buy Killing Floor now that this awesome mod exists.
