I cam accross this on Youtube,  quick check in the vaults and cant see anywhere and its new to me.  He names a source so could be traced.

Nice concept and i especially like the head.

It's a cool alternate design (perhaps too animalistic, I always found the human aspects of the original design, like the skull and the feet to be more creepy) but there is zero evidence that it was movie concept art and not a fan piece.
