If you're a fan of the original I'd say they're definitely worth a try. Patchy mayyybe in parts even a tad bit superficial but still packed with what you'd expect from revisiting NGE's world.

Iirc the first one is pretty much a retell of the first six or so episodes of the series. With the second one then the films definitely become their own beast.

I watched Neon Genesis Evangalion/The End of Evangalion (original dub) earlier this year for the first time and really enjoyed both and now I even have this baby.

Quantum of Solace

Not nearly as bad as people like to say it is, it just suffers from some poorly shot action and some overly convenient plotting on account of the writer's strike. But overall it's a noble effort with some good character work for Bond.

Everything, Everywhere all at once Enjoyable batshit insanity but so incredibly original and creative.

Jurassic World Dominion The whole family enjoyed this outing - it wasn't the epic finale this series deserved but was nice to see the old trio together. Loved seeing Malta so wonderfully present in this film too.

Banshee Chapter (2013)

The movie, in-universe, quotes Lovecraft's From Beyond, and in a way is an analog of that story. There are a few jump scares and the climax reminded me of The Backrooms. ;D

Honestly, that movie gets a lot of shit but I think it's better than several of the official Eon films.

I'd like that one a hell of a lot more if it paused for breath once in a while. The couple of times it actually slows down for five minutes are probably the best bits of the film, but then you're thrown straight back into another incomprehensibly-edited action scene. It's so relentlessly schizophrenic I just find it tiring more than exhilarating.

Watched this last night.  It wasn't as bad as I remember and I wish they had given Pat Roach a much longer role in the film.  It is strange to watch a James Bond film without the usual Bond opening, musical score, etc, etc being as it's an unofficial film but ok overall.

That opening car chase is like playing Gran Turismo and hitting the button that shifts the camera every few seconds.

Old - there was a scene towards the end that actually brought a tear to my eye.  Really enjoyed the movie.

Skyfall

Not quite as good as Casino Royale, but pretty great all around. Silva is a top tier Bond villain.

Really annoyed me how SPECTRE awkwardly retconned him into just another Blofeld stooge. He worked so much better as his own man.

But yeah, that and Casino are far and away Craig's best Bonds.

Spectre

This was a bit better for me on a rewatch, it's solidly mid-tier Bond. It just has a ton of problems, like the weirdly unengaging action scenes, and it falls apart not long after they get to the Spectre base in the same crater from The Mummy. And Bautista is pretty cool here, shame he only uses his eye popping gimmick once. I guess they thought since they successfully mystery boxed M and Moneypenny in Skyfall then they could do it to Blofeld here, but it blew up in their faces.

And after taking a glance at the leaked script, it seems like they threw out some of the more sinister and interesting ideas, and certain lines that explained things in a better or more coherent way.

If they just left it at Blofeld funneling him some money and resources, I wouldn't mind it so much. But that dumb shit about literally every villain having worn that exact Spectre decoder ring makes it so much worse.

And Dominic Greene didn't even merit a picture on the wall in Blofeld's dumb haunted house, oof.

P.S. Sam Smith sounds like he was trying to beat Madonna with the worst Bond theme. He didn't quite manage that, but damn, it's the worst song from the Craig era by a landslide.
