Mortal Engines

The first ten minutes were kind of cool, then two more hours follow that are so bland they feel like three.
I turned it off about 20 minutes into it...haven't finished it.

The scene where everyone gets bisected?

I don't remember much about the film, but I do remember that being by far the best bit. Should've put it as a flashback later on.

Thats the one. They do kind of, but seen from another perspective and sped up lol.

Continuing the 80s Vampire trend I finally sat down at watched (in one sitting) The Lost Boys.
Great film and a few iconic Aussie hit songs in that film. That cameo from Tim Capello (the oiled up muscle bound sax player on the beach) is brilliant (loved the fact he reprised that role in Gunships `Dark all Day')

Initiation's over Michael, time to join the club.

Love it still!

"You call your ma an old broad?" "Where do you get off, you called your wife a bitch whore!"

Jumanji

God, it has to have been at least twenty years since I last watched this.

Proof (1991)

Great Aussie comedy/drama with a very young Hugo Weaving and Russell Crowe.
Such a smart, quirky and deep film too.

Night of the Living Dead

The 1990 version. Just arrived in the post on blu ray, all the way from Australia. Good picture quality, and just a good film I'm general. Can't really go wrong with Tony Todd.

It is a fun film... If you haven't seen "Body Heat" excellent steamy thriller like "Presumed Innocent". Kathleen Turner/William Hurt performances spot on.
