I'm curious on how that guy ended up in an iso chamber that has a monster living in it. Plot-induced stupidity is tiresome.

Very rancor-like indeed.

I don't know...this mutant T Rex looks more funny than scary and intimidating.

It will depend on how it's shot, but for now it has a bit of an unsettling vibe for me.

Going through the second book now, just got the chapter with the two Carnotauruses. Easily the best bit of the book, shame the films only did a half-hearted version in Jurassic World.

I have some concerns about this new entry, I'm still going to see it in theaters but I don't like they just pulled the rug out from underneath the wild dinosaurs on the mainland (if the press releases statements are true) I hate happy ending overrides, like can't hollywood write a workaround then just "everything you care about in the previous movie are all dead"

Examples:

Alien 3: Uh Oh, Newt and Hicks are dead but at least you still have Bishop... oh wait he is badly damage. Well at least you still have Ripley.

Star Wars Force Awakens: Its been 30 years since the Rebel Alliance formed into the New Republic but we are boring and don't do anything, lets kill it off in the first act. The Empire is back with a sexier name, the First Order. We want a new Rebel Alliance but with a sexier name, the Resistance. The New Jedi Order is bust, because can't have the Jedi back in full force to save the New Republic. We are totally not ripping off of the Original Trilogy when we come out with more sequels.

Jurassic World Rebirth: Sorry kids but all the dinosaurs that got used to living outside of the theme park are now all F'n dead. Let's go back to the Islands!

To be fair, the previous trilogy had truly horrible storylines, so I'm not mad they dismissed it the way they apparently did.

Yes but this is a trend in hollywood I really hate seeing because it makes watching the other movies pointless. Granted I was disappointed in Dominion, I was hoping for a semi-dinosaur apocalypse and was kind of hoping to get a Monster Hunter vibe (the games, not the crappy movies. Paul W S Anderson needs to burn in hell)

I understand your point, but I'm genuinely fine if the previous trilogy would be rendered pointless, although I don't think that's truly the case.
