It's a coming of age thing. Although I find the contempt more so lies between the Boomer's and Gen Z. The problem is that the Boomer still think "millennials" are the 20's age bracket crowd. I for one am Glad Gen Y is around. Someone needs to be smart, kind and into dinosaurs and thankfully there is enough of you guys to keep the world employed and shelf's stocked.
