Given it's pretty easy to use and with the much improved quality, design controls, I'd just use Canva.

Just a pain using anything MS. Flaky, horrible UI/UX, bloated apps.

Regardless, great to see the community creative support on this thread come to the fore again.

I got bored and decided to make the frames myself. Just right-click, save as, and credit me if you use them. Cross-fade or dissolve between the frames to mimic the effect from the film.
