I'd imagine if there are indeed Nazis running around in the 60s in this movie, they'd probably be a bit more subtle than slapping a swastika on every piece of tech they have.

Unless it's an alternate history timeline in which Germany won but that won't jibe with Crystal Skull. And the cars and trains are all 1940's era tech so most likely a flashback.

Bamburgh castle and that chair might suggest that there is some Celtic mythology or Arthurian legend elements in the story.
