Too awesome.  The deluge has commence and our first look at NECA's new 'ALIEN: Covenant' figure, too.  I'll also be covering this and everything else related to ALIEN themed toys and stuff.

It's a good thing I'm planning on staying home all day tomorrow.

Could be the picture but something looks off about that alien figure. Maybe its the body proportions, just didn't like it.

That figure does not have the grasshopper legs.  Although I actually prefer this design.

It does appear to look slightly different. Perhaps we need to see more on screen first to see the similarities.

I like it though.

Also, I cant see the hollowed out tendon at te rear of the heal.

I've noticed a lot of coming soon Alien: Covenant aliens/creatures(?) are labeled "new creature" on collectible sites and what not.

Makes me think there are two different alien designs in the film, that or neca based this figure on an unfinished production design.
