It seems the guy who directed Kung Foo Panda has been signed on to do a new live action adaptation of He-Man.

Okay...not too excited really since the only character I ever cared about in He-Man was Skeletor.

Well the 1987 movie sucked balls, so maybe this could be a chance for redemption for the fans?

Langella's Skeletor is the only thing that salvaged the '87 flick for me...as far as a remake/reboot goes, I'm down...

Sorry, I've been feeling nostalgic lately. The latest news on the project is that Warner Bros. (and Joel Silver) has dropped the movie. This isn't too much of an issue, apparently, as John Stevenson is still supposed to be directing; and Mattel just needs to find a new studio. Well, I say 'just'...
