Even 20ths big movies that were always slated for theatrical releases aren't getting art books. Nothing for Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes this year.

The Creator got one last year, though, and Avatar: The Way of Water before that. Avatar: Fire and Ash undoubtedly will... maybe they'll learn from their mistake with Alien: Romulus (and Prey) and do one for Predator: Badlands?

Yep. I'm still hopeful they put out a Romulus one - it would sell even if published at a later date. The lack of novelisation is the most surprising for me. That said perhaps I'm wrong but it seems they are become more and more rare these days.

Yer unfortunately that's the deal these days. Disney does not distribute to our region anymore, so it's an online order from the US or UK. Got mine from Zavvi's Australian store (but it's a UK import)

To my knowledge, I assume the Blu would be region-locked - see here https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Alien-Romulus-Blu-ray/357841/ - if you do get it from Zavvi, perhaps contact them to ask prior.

Must admit I'm tempted to get this version as the 4K Red Slipcase (which has embossed elements) is really beautiful but I think the black version on the Blu looks just as nice.
