Remember the 90s when there was no collectibles, no figures, statues except Kenner. Now it feels like something is being released every day. I've gone towards statues simply because of pose, and accuracy.

Basically mini half sized Hot Toy caliber. Worth the price They're utterly amazing.
I have the Netflix Bernthal Punisher, and their take on First Appearance Batman. Some of the best figs in my collection.
I got the Batman 89 Keaton on pre order two times over and patiently waiting for them.
I will definitely have to get this one as well. Maybe 2. Would love a City Hunter as a follow up too.

He looks pretty awesome. But for my money I'm happy with Neca's Jungle Hunter.
Just can't afford $100+ figures, but if I could I would totally get this and Hot Toys.
When it's a choice between this and eating, it's ultimately not much of one.

I also really love the City Hunter rendition, its one of my favorite figures!
He looked great at SDCC next to Big Chap. Whenever it comes out, is the real question.

I am at my wits end with Mezco. I regret not getting the pre order for Jungle Hunter and was hoping for a City Hunter. But at the ridiculously slow rate these finally get to the consumer, I'll pass. And then big bad toy store in mezco themselves actually charge you nonrefundable for pre order

I don't even think it's just that, so these figures are high-end quality, I've heard they've had issues attaining certain fabrics for like the Michael Keaton Batman cape, but supply chain issues aside, two and a half years after they take mon refundable $30 a pop for figures they still haven't even remotely bothered to up date people on after taking their money is horrendous customer appreciation and service. It's almost like stolen money at that point. I don't pre-order a little 6 inch action figure, regardless of quality, only not to arrive to me or even get a news update within basically three years
Pulled the trigger and ordered both Predator and Alien. I've mostly collected NECA's for the better part of the past fifteen years or so and my girlfriend already hates my collecting habits, but these are too good to pass up upon, even at these incredibly steep prices...
They do make a nice pair for on my desk or there about.

So...I spoiled myself and ordered one of these after Christmas. It finally arrived and I opened it yesterday. This is my first "high end" collectible, I never owned any Hot Toys, mostly just NECA figures. I fear for my wallet as I don't want to go back. Even the simple things like ever single dreadlock being entirely separately. The quality of this figure is astounding. The paintjob is just so good. My only issue is its a little fincky - one of the hands was a little awkward to get on, the shoulder cannon fell out a few times while I was getting bits on, but it's all put together now.
I'm really tempted to get the Alien next.

Still haven't heard from the place I ordered from, might contact them next week.

I received my figure by the end of December from Entertainment Earth, so thankfully there were no big delays for me.
My thoughts on this figure:
Initially, when I opened up the box, I was disappointed with the paint job around the face and dome area. The speckles/paintwork along the dome are much lighter than what's showcased in some of the advertised photos which was a bummer to me...
Despite that though, its still a nicely detailed figure made with materials that seem more refined than other brands. I like that they used actual mesh material and loincloth. I also really love the draped bone necklace- kind of reminiscent of my old Jungle Hunter McFarlane figure that I used to own back in middle school.
Its details stand out even more when compared to some of the Neca Predator figurines.
I would have used my Jungle Hunter Neca figure to compare the two but it's currently in storage. So Scar (and Ahab) will have to do for some quick reference.

All in all, I think it's a great addition to my collection.
Gotten mine in, the color indeed is a bit on the bright side, but the sculpt and build quality are damn good. Electronics work, I am a happy customer.
