Very unlikely. Feature-rich home releases are less and less common with streaming services.
Yeah. Screw us for actually wanting to own anything, right?

Right in the butt.

Hold on to your DVDs, Blurays, and even VHS. The end if privately owned movies is neigh. :(

My collection's as follows:

Alien (6 Disc) Anthology 2010
Prometheus (3 Disc) Collector's Edition
Prometheus 4K Blu-ray
Alien Covenant 4K Blu-ray
Alien 40th Anniversary 4K Blu-ray

And that's what I honestly recommend.

Yep. That's absolutely the best way to get each movie in its highest currently available quality while also retaining the Blu-ray era's bonus features as well.

Crossing my fingers and hoping for 4K releases of Aliens, Alien 3, and Alien: Resurrection. But not quite holding my breath at the moment. Aliens has the best chance of happening out of the three, but hopefully the restoration isn't botched Terminator 2: Judgement Day style.

I don't have the 4k of Prometheus or Covenant, but that's because I usually watch Prometheus in 3D, and because I didn't have a 4K TV when I got Covenant, and I don't see the point in upgrading from the blu.

4K's always superior in my opinion, apart from rare instances, 3D's a gimmick that actively harmed the making of Prometheus.

I must say Alien 4K was outstanding in visual quality.

I've yet to see Prometheus in 4K, is it good?

You and I will always disagree on this. I love the 3D in Prometheus, and I think it actively enhances the film, gives, literally, another dimension to the cinematography. Prometheus is my chosen exemplar work of good 3D movies.

And yet it compromised the runtime, the atmosphere, and likely the height of the Engineers yeah right totally worth it.

I'm with you, buddy. Prometheus and The Martian are the crown jewels of my 3D collection.
