Another crew shirt by Dane Hallett. Shared to Instagram by artist Alex Nice. Thanks to Mike's Monsters for the news.

The Eighth Passenger

"Crew expendable"

Nightmare Asylum

There are few things in the world that tickle my interest more than the imagery of a skull/skeleton in a space suit.

T Dog

I would get that if the only wording on it was the "Romulus" logo and symbols at the top. The image is great.

Also skull buster?

Corporal Hicks

Looks fantastic! As I'd expect from any Dane Hallett artwork!

I'm going to guess that that is just fun imagery for the shirt design and not actually representative of anything in the film (plus, Resurrection technically beat it to the punch there ), but it is really good imagery for a design in this art style. Some incredibly good work on this one, Dane.

I echo the statement that I'd very much wear something like this, and I can't wait to start seeing more of Dane Hallett's art for this project in general.

Kane's other son

Very metal, very cool. I now want astronaut skeletons to be in this movie.

Nightmare Asylum

It's a time-honored tradition. 8)

The above Twitter link is an entire thread full of incredible art dealing with the subject matter.

Reminded me of Tristan Jones' Exodus, a really dark one shot about Newt's drowning.

I'm sure it's a good decade old now.

Wow, I love that. It reminds me of something from The Alien Dead Orbit comic. Super dark and ominous. Can i purchase this anywhere?

Also, as AVP Galaxy's resident parasitologist I find the possibility of a face/skull burster fascinating. Human parasites can emerge from the host in numerous ways: rectum/stool, mouth, nasal passages, and can even inhabit the eyes. For me the most disturbing are Bot flys in which the Larvae burst from the skin. It would be interesting to see if Romulus pulls a covenant and mixes up the formula with the life cycle. Join me next time for more entertaining/disturbing parasitology facts.

All this skull buster talk has inspired me to watch Resurrection after dinner tonight! It's been years, let the goofiness ensue!
