True, but Coruscant was introduced almost a decade earlier in the old EU.

Do you think J.J. knew that while making Episode VIi ?

I remember getting a little thrill back in '99 when Qui-Gon said, "I'm taking these people to Coruscant." I thought, 'oh wow, they've taken something from these novels and rpg books I've been reading, and put it right into the movie." Now Dave Filoni does that kind of thing all the time.

Was also surprised to learn it's pronounced Corussant, and not Coruskant, like I'd been saying. :D

The planet looks very different in Star Wars: Force Commander. I think there are even oceans.  :P

Probably not.

However, I wish they'd blown up Coruscant for the same reason I wish Naboo had been Alderaan in the prequels: it would have given more weight to both when they were destroyed.

Yes, when an unimportant or poorly written character dies in a movie, you can't empathize with him. The same applies to the destroyed planets and the impact they have on the audience.

I never knew there was a wide version of this classic TESB poster...

I may actually try to find a copy.

Why is Boba Fett so smal ? Shouldn't he have taken like half of the image ?

And why is there no lightsabers ? Is this even Star Wars ?

QuoteLeigh (/ˈliː/) is both an English surname and a unisex given name meaning "meadow" and "delicate."
