I think Predator in SoulCalibur would be cool given how the Predator has a large selection of weapons to use and the Soul series is a weapon combat fighting franchise. Since the Predators have been hunting humans for centuries and the Soul series is set in the 16th-17th century, they could try to tie that in with the Predator's story.
I don't think there is any other games that include aliens and predators but there is refrences like in simpsons,how I met your mother GTAV, and it goes on and on
