Scar only has his extended wristblades here and of course Falconer has his one long blade. Who wins? I say Scar simply because he has two very long blades. Plus more armor.

Why does no one take into account how good the Yakuza were with their weapons. Hanzo wasn't jus any old Asian with a sword, he was Yakuza and a good one considering he was picked by the Preds.

But a Predator > A human warrior. Especially if this Predator can make short work of an Alien playing its own game.

The AvP Preds had been trained to kill aliens.
Also Scar was just..... He gained and lost skill whenever the plot needed him to.
And Falconer was the tech guy, for all we know he just wasn't as skilled. Either way it looked like he and Hanzo were pretty even and he regarded him as such.
