In the dark future of 2026, Fox has been seized by raw self-destructive urges towards all of its properties. YOU, skilled and inspired screenwriter, have been tasked with producing a screenplay for their new high budget science fiction movie, using both of their most beloved horror/scifi properties.

You have an indecent budget, 237 million USD, same as the first Avatar. You also have complete creative freedom regarding the structure, tone, message and characters of the movie.

There's only one catch, which is announced to you only once you've taken the job.

The founding works of the franchise are now the video game AlienS: Colonial Marines and the films AVP:Requiem and The Predator.

All other works are to be entirely ignored, their ideas and events going unquoted, unreferenced and explicitly contradicted, up to and including Alien (1979), AlienS (1986) and The Predator (1987). Yeah, even those are blacklisted, forgotten, decanonized. You cannot reference/continue any part of these movies.

You can ONLY work from AlienS: Colonial Marines, AVP: Requiem and The Predator, that will be nicknamed the "badlogy", the bad trilogy, in the poll and further explanations.

You are not authorized to ignore these stories, to only use the same setting as the badlogy. No, you must use their elements to an extent. At least 25% of the story content must directly reference/continue all of these three stories (these 25% can include characters, plot points, environments etc, as long as it is in the game and the two movies). Your work will also take place in a larger future continuity, new movies will be made from those and from yours, Fox is AMBITIOUS and they have PROJECTS.

You're writing the future of cinema here, using the masterpieces, the Holy Scripture, the Word of God that is the badlogy.

Again, you CANNOT retcon and MUST aknowledge all three works.

What do you do?

An AvP movie with McKenna, a Predator invasion, a Queen Predalien and those dopey Alien variants from the game and dopey soldiers overacting and saying 'Oorah to ashes' every two minutes.

Writes itself.

BigDaddyJohn

Turk, the predalien and autism. Needs nothing more.

Hmmm. A world where the marines are dispatched to clear out an alien hoard that overran a colony, some form of variant aliens.

A bad blood predator or "upgrade" trying to use alien DNA to improve itself, ultimately, ends up morphing into a variant of predalien.

Another predator trying to stop the upgrade and ends up getting caught in the BS.

A climatic ending fight between lots of aliens, marines, xenopred thing, and predator.

The Cruentus

Movie turns out to be a movie within a movie by some colonist making a parody of their extraterrestial enemies and giving W-Y a middle finger by portraying them as villians. The upgrade, Predalien queen, stormtrooper W-y and incompetent marines were never real and just satire. Hadley hope still standing was meant to be inspiring propaganda to show how tough colonies are

Certainly taking place on the Predator planet in Requiem, Yautja Prime. I thought the scene of that planet was cool as a kid.
