But I knew I could get addicted to it, so I stayed away. 

I wasted an ungodly amount of time way back in the FFVIII PS one era, so I just stayed away.

I could've swore I wrote that I played an ungodly amount of Triple Triad in FF8, but I guess I didn't.  But that is what I meant.
