If you are going for it, the legitimate way, you'll need to spend most of your time in the trees and a lot of games at that. Try and avoid being on the ground as much as possible and utilize longer range weapons from the tree tops, like the plasma caster. If you're going for ancient trophy, you'll get predkour along the way. This is the way I prefer.
There is also the illegitimate way but it will work, is jump in the tree tops on a private game and use a rubber band on your controller joystick and let the game run in the background. As long as you set it up where you don't fall from any trees you'll get it.
