The company that represents con appearances for some of the Aliens actors has been putting on some internet conventions they called In House Con. That I've seen they've run a Star War and Ghostbusters one, and Carrie had been pushing for an Aliens one and now we're getting one! No dates yet, just June. Guests so far seem to be Carrie, Cynthia Scott and Daniel Kash.

I didn't. Personal preference when it comes to autographs. They just mean more to me doing it in person, on specific items. I like to get people to sign my AvPG poster, or their CCG cards if they have. But I love they have them available for folk.

Hope we get an announcement on Blomkamp's film getting back to development.

I'd like to have been there, I woulda been like a kid in a candy store.  Anyway, I wonder what you (the admins) think about this "censoring" of ALIENS.  I don't know if you guys know or not, but on a Facebook group I belong to, a user posted a screen shot of the movie preview and it stated "This movie has outdated racism".  I personally, think it's crap.  Anyway, love your site.

It's not being censored. It's nothing more than a simple warning. I wish they'd explain specifically that the warning was in regard to brown-face, so people weren't getting wound up about it. It's funny, I see more people wound up about the warning than about the actual thing being warned about. I've no issue with it. If they actually attempt to censor the film, I'd have a problem, but they're not and I don't.

Anyway, back on topic.  :)

Coolwaters are running a creature effects panel, which will include Alec Gillis and Kyle Strauts.
