Please make sure it doesn't have that 24/23.94fps discrepancy that caused that framerate hitch every second or so on the original chaos edition, I tried (unsuccessfully) reencoding it to 23.94fps or whatever I was so annoyed by it
Also make sure to test it on multiple sound setups. I had a thing where it sounded fine on headphones but all the voices only came out of the right speaker on my actual TV setup. Some of the deleted scenes were much more quiet than the average scenes on the TV speakers as well
I would move David's transmission from the end of covenant to being an after-credits scene, as I think David's victory should be left to stew in our brains.
I think quiet eye works better at the start of the film, but I also think it makes weyland seem more presumptuous.
Weyland says "you convinced me that if these things made us, then surely they could save us". If we've seen quiet eye, we know she didn't say anything to even hint at the "save us" part, unless it was on another one of the many messages she sent.
putting it right before david talks to him might make it too obvious who "he" is when david and vickers talk about "him"
EDIT: I'd say keep the neomorph crawling up, since we don't get enough of him. but i've got an idea: move it earlier to right before david and walter's first talk around the 1:01:00 mark (in the theatrical cut). It would create a fakeout in the next shot walking down the hallway and imply the neomorph is watching, adding tension during all the scenes at david's place, especially when david is revealed
